Stuart Osantowski
President of Castle Cleaning
Stuart Osantowski is the President of Castle Cleaning. Prior to starting Castle Cleaning in 2001, Osantowski spent 14 years in the Telecommunications Industry bringing an extensive background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Previously, he was the Senior Manager of Strategic Service Operations for PointOne Telecommunications. He is also a former placement kicker in the National Football League (NFL). Osantowski holds a bachelors degree in Business Management from Aurora University, Aurora, Illinois. He also serves as an advisor for the Onion Creek Club Men’s Golf Association (OCCMGA) and occasionally conducts janitorial/maid training classes for the hearing impaired at the Texas Rehabilitation Commission.
When Stuart is not working he spends time with his family. He is married to his wife Julie Goforth and has a step-son named Beau. Stuart is a baseball and soccer coach for Beau and he mentors up and coming future all stars. You also might find him on the golf course with friends.

Tuesday, July 21st, 2009Creating a sales force is something we all need to do when budgets are constrained, and mass advertising budgets are tight. A true networking group is invaluable when a business needs activity driven through the doors and thousands of dollars are not available on a constant level to flow out to mass media.
A business owner willing to put in the effort needed, and in the proper environment, can create an effective sales force for little money and a time commitment. Our system builds a long term focused sales force for a fraction of the cost of hiring a sales team, and in addition, creates a bond of genuine concern and care for a fraction of that cost, and we have an enjoyable time doing it!
Networking has become popular over the last 20 years in the business community because it works. Some groups are more effective than others because of the system in place. Networking Austin works well because we stay focused on the group as the sales force and understand the importance of the individual as the true source and value in the system, not the business. Many groups come and go as they market to each other. We market for each other.
Remember, no one is” going to bat” for a stranger they do not know and trust well. Why would they? Passing a card and introducing yourself as a banker or engineer is not the path to a true connection. In our system we learn about each other as people and build the necessary trust to create that strength in the link!
